Please Note: The Maximum payment is $1,000 per billing cycle. If mutiple payments are made totaling over $1,000 per billing cycle, your online access will be removed. For payments over $1,000 please contact the Utility Billing Department for other options.
If service has been terminated for non-payment, you must contact the Utility Billing Department at 903-892-7237 to restore service.
Starting July 1, 2021, a convenience fee of $1.25 per transaction will be charged for making payments online (Drafts will include the $1.25 fee).
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 7:45am to 5pm.
Online Service Requests require a minimum of three (3) business days for processing.
